Methembe Moyo's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Zim Code, a nonprofit coding school in Zimbabwe. They assisted students in developing their projects using Python.

In 2018, Methembe Moyo worked at multiple organizations. They served as a Data Analyst Intern at the Memphis Shelby Crime Commission, where they used Tableau to visualize trend analyses and advised the Memphis Police Joint Agencies. They also worked as an IT Quality Assurance Intern at AutoZone, ensuring the quality of IT systems. Additionally, Methembe Moyo held the role of Campus Cofounder at The Opportunity Hub, where they connected and signed up students for access to internships and entrepreneurship resources.

In 2019, Methembe Moyo was a Marketing Analytics Intern at Mailchimp, gaining experience in marketing analytics. In 2020, they worked as a Product Manager Intern at 7Park Data, contributing to product management tasks.

From February to May 2021, Methembe Moyo served as a Venture Development Analyst at MZZ Africa. They led market research, market entry, fundraising research, and venture mapping strategy for an African startup.

From August 2021 to January 2023, Methembe Moyo worked at Lyft as a Product Manager. They held two different roles during this time: Product Manager for Fleet Platform and Product Manager for Transit, Bikes & Scooters.

Lastly, starting in February 2023, Methembe Moyo will join Autolist Inc as a Product Manager.

Methembe Moyo completed a Bachelor's degree in Science in Computer Science: Cyber Defense from LeMoyne-Owen College from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they also attended CodePath for Computer Software Engineering but did not receive a degree. Methembe Moyo obtained additional certifications during their education, including "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in August 2019, "Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals" from Microsoft in April 2018, and "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google in March 2020.
