Romaisa Usman Khan has a diverse work experience in various roles starting from 2015. Romaisa Usman started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Lahore School of Economics in 2015. Romaisa Usman then joined Knightsbridge Capital Group as a Project Analyst, where they managed project records, timelines, and schedules, and also handled employee databases and distribution of salaries. After that, they worked at Happa studios as a Social Media Manager, where they designed and implemented social media strategies for clothing and home/furnishing brands, managed social media promotional budgets, planned and executed marketing campaigns, and handled client responses and feedback.

In 2019, Romaisa joined Aftab Associates (Pvt.) Ltd as a Senior Research Executive, focused on market research. Romaisa Usman then moved on to Bayt.com, where they served as a Project Coordinator and later as a Project Manager. Here, they managed projects and coordinated with teams to ensure their successful execution.

From 2020 to 2023, they worked at vFairs as a Lead Project Manager, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of virtual events for customers in various regions. Romaisa Usman successfully executed more than 50 projects, achieving a 100% customer satisfaction rate and a high customer renewal rate.

Currently, Romaisa is employed at AutoLeap as a Senior Manager Special Project, starting from 2023.

Romaisa Usman Khan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing and a minor in Media from Lahore School of Economics from 2012 to 2016. Romaisa Usman then pursued a Master's degree in International Management at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Romaisa obtained various certifications including Microsoft Excel - Advanced Excel Formulas & Functions, Time Management Mastery: Do More, Stress Less, Customer Service: Soft Skills Fundamentals, Digital Diversity/Cyber-Citizen/Cross Cultural Communication, Emotional Intelligence at Work, and How to Present Your Thoughts Smoothly, Clearly & Powerfully from institutions such as Udemy and NASBA.
