Laura Edwards is an experienced IT support and web development professional with a strong background in customer service and administration. Currently serving as a 1st Line IT Support Analyst at AutoFlow Ltd since March 2019, Laura previously held roles including 1st Line Support at Atos, Website Administrator at The Soccer Store, and Junior Web Developer at Webtise Ltd. Laura's early career includes administrative duties at Northern Guild, volunteer work supporting young people at Live!, and various roles in hospitality and media. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Chester, along with several IT-related qualifications from Mid-Cheshire College.
