Zoë Koonce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff for the PDMS Platform at Autodesk, Zoë has previously held roles including People & Places Go-to-Market Lead Program Manager and People Experience Chief of Staff. With a background at Gild, a SaaS recruiting platform, Zoë functioned as a Senior Implementation Manager and Project Manager, in addition to roles in customer success. Early career experiences include serving as a Recruiting Manager at Accountability Resources and leading Buddy Sportswear, Inc. as President and CEO. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Health Education from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Trinity University.
