Leslie Cariani serves as the Global Head of Executive Recruiting and Talent Engagement at Autodesk, having also held the titles of Interim Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Onboarding, as well as Head of Global Executive Search. Prior to Autodesk, Leslie was the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Google and held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Human Resources at Spruce Finance. Additionally, Leslie co-founded and served as a Partner at GreenAtom Executive Search and played a key role as Co-Founder, Partner, and Chief Financial Officer at Hodge / Niederer / Cariani Executive Search. Leslie holds a BA in History from UCLA and a Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts from Tante Marie's Cooking School.
