Catherine Winfield is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product and experience design across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at Autodesk since June 2024, Catherine previously held the position of Vice President of Product Design at Hinge Health, where the focus was on enhancing musculoskeletal health through innovative solutions. As Director of Product Design at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Catherine led a team in transforming education in the U.S. by collaborating closely with educators and students. Additional roles include Managing Design Lead at InVision, where Catherine contributed to design leadership, and Director of Experience Design at Foundation Medicine, where significant team growth and customer-centric initiatives were achieved. Earlier in career, Catherine held positions at Quanttus, MIT, Continuum, Sasaki Associates, and served as an instructor at the Boston Architectural College. Catherine holds a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Endicott College.
