John Manelas has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. John started their career as a Senior Electrical Engineer at GL&V in 1995, where they worked until 2000. Following that, they joined Schneider Electric as a Principal Product Support Engineer and remained with the company until 2004. In the same year, they became the President of Auto Care Plus and held the role until the present. Most recently, they joined Straightaway Tire & Auto as the Division President in 2023.

John Manelas attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
