Courtney Crooks has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with a Marketing Intern position at Capitol Records. Courtney then moved on to a Research and Tournament Coordinator position at Loyola Marymount University, followed by a Speech and Debate Instructor/Private Coach position at the Los Angeles Unified School District. In 2009, Courtney began working at Wichita Grand Opera as a Marketing & Production Coordinator. In 2012, they took a Senior Account Executive position at Flight Centre Travel Group, followed by a Senior Account Manager position at All Star Directories in 2015. In 2018, Courtney joined Sprout Social, Inc. as an Enterprise Customer Success Principal, followed by a Senior Enterprise Customer Success position and an Enterprise Customer Success position. Most recently, in 2021, Courtney began working as an Account Director at AuthenticID.

Courtney Crooks obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Loyola Marymount University. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) in December 2022, Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts in September 2022, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts in September 2022, and Learning REST APIs in June 2022.
