Michael Huffman has over 17 years of work experience in the IT industry. Michael started their career in 2003 as a Senior Systems Engineer at Global Secure Systems - Virtual Alert, where they were responsible for supporting, building, and maintaining server environments within 25 national accounts. In 2008, they joined InterMedix - EMSystems as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they integrated and developed new releases of SharePoint based Portal Product, updating Microsoft technologies and establishing installation and troubleshooting processes. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at ENS-INC, where they cross-coordinated with public and private sector clients to design, plan, and implement highly available SharePoint server farms. Michael then joined Esurance as a Senior Systems Engineer-NAT, where they reviewed developer documentation for the purpose of fine tuning solutions taking into account performance, scalability, and security. In 2015, Michael joined AXA Investment Managers as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they designed, documented, and managed a multi-site Windows Active directory Forest/Domain Environment. Most recently, they joined Authentic8 in 2019 as a Customer Success Engineer.

Michael Huffman has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento. Michael also attended MTI College. In addition, they hold certifications from Microsoft, including a MCTS SharePoint 2010 obtained in December 2012, a MCTS Windows Server Virtualization obtained in June 2011, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer obtained in July 2000.
