Thies Hansen is a co-founder of autarc, providing an operating system for heat pump installers since January 2023. Prior experience includes a venture capital role at Partech, a student consulting position at Bain & Company, and trading operations at Trade Republic. Additionally, Thies worked in strategy and operations at Gorillas and served as a trade specialist at Hamburg Süd, where a dual student program was completed. Thies Hansen holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Digital Business from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, with further education at ESIC Business & Marketing School and participation in Y Combinator in 2024.
