Shawn Blackmore is an experienced leader in the superannuation and finance sectors, currently serving as the Chief Officer Retirement at AustralianSuper since December 2007. In this role, Shawn is responsible for delivering a comprehensive retirement offering for members and leading initiatives that support members' well-being in retirement. Previously, Shawn held the position of Group Executive, Member Experience, overseeing the Fund’s product, administration, and member services. Additionally, Shawn has served as Operations Manager at togetherAI and as a Non-Executive Director at Perpetual Limited. Shawn's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Finsia and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide.
