Nadia Alfonsi is a seasoned professional in the Australian Taxation Office, serving as the Assistant Commissioner for Public Groups and International since February 2005. Nadia has held multiple leadership roles, including Acting Assistant Commissioner for Employer Obligations Risk & Strategy, Director positions in Public Groups and International, Superannuation Complex Technical Unit, and SMSF Client Engagement, as well as serving as a Technical Advisor in the Tax Counsel Network. Prior to this, Nadia worked as a Policy Advisor in the Retirement Income Division of the Commonwealth. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, Government, and International Relations, both obtained from the University of Sydney.
