Declan Lane is an accomplished professional in the field of insolvency and restructuring, currently serving as Director and QLD State Manager at Cathro & Partners since December 2021. Leading the Queensland team, Declan specializes in various corporate insolvency matters, including voluntary administrations and creditor voluntary liquidations, with notable achievements such as successfully facilitating a Deed of Company Arrangement for Enova Energy. In addition to this role, Declan is an active member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association, where responsibilities include serving as Chairperson for the QLD Young Professionals Committee.
