Susan Mallan is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Advisory Panel Chair and Member for the Australian Renewable Energy Agency, as well as an Energy Industry Advisor at Outlook Energy Advisory since February 2018. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Mallan has previously held key positions such as General Manager at Powerlink Queensland and Senex Energy Limited, where critical operational and strategic functions were established. Mallan has contributed to various academic and industry advisory boards, including the Science & Engineering Faculty Academic Advisory Board at QUT and the Industry Advisory Committee for UNSW. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Business from the Rotterdam School of Management, a post-graduate diploma in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW, and a Company Directors Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, awarded with Order of Merit.
