Fiona Brell serves as the Education Project Lead at the Australian Museum since January 2023, focusing on a statewide community outreach program. Previously, Fiona held various roles at the Australian Museum, including Manager of Education, where leadership encompassed multiple educational initiatives, and Education Project Officer, responsible for digital learning programs and managing the early years learning space, Kidspace. At Sydney Living Museums, Fiona led audience development efforts targeting families across several historic properties. Earlier experience includes positions at The British Museum, Highbury Quadrant Primary School, and serving as Early Childhood Coordinator at the Australian Museum. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Teaching from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Contemporary Music from Macquarie University, along with ongoing education in Cultural Leadership at UNSW.
