Pamela Menezes is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisor in Insights and Analytics at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority since April 2021, with previous roles as Senior Officer - Operational Readiness and Project Support Coordinator. Prior to this, Pamela worked at WooliesX as a Communications Specialist and held multiple positions at Woolworths Limited from August 2008 to January 2021, including Operations Support Manager and Continuous and Process Improvement Manager. Pamela holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Canberra Institute of Technology, obtained between January 2021 and 2022, and a Higher School Certificate from Manilla Central Secondary School, completed in 1991.
