Dianne Taylor is a seasoned leader and consultant with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and training, focused on leadership development, people management, and organizational culture. As the Director and Founder of Sirius Business since 2008, Dianne has led initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities. Notably, Dianne served as a consultant at the Australian Institute of Management, facilitating public programs and developing customized solutions. Additionally, Dianne contributed to the development of the Kickstart program at Study Gold Coast, which helped graduates transition into the workforce. Dianne's leadership roles include directorship positions at Wellspring Centre, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and Eastern Innovation. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Human Resource Management from Monash University and several coaching and leadership certifications.
