Tess has more than 25 years in the Higher Education sector in Australia, and has been employed at both public and private institutions in compliance and quality assurance management roles, including as AIBā€™s Quality and Accreditation Manager since December 2014. Tess is a member of the Higher Education Private Providersā€™ Quality Network Steering Committee.
