Helen Yu is a skilled investigator and conciliator currently working at the Australian Human Rights Commission since January 2023. Prior to this role, Helen accumulated extensive legal experience as a Senior Lawyer at ASIC from April 2012 to January 2023, as well as serving as an Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority from September 2008 to September 2010. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Lawyer at ASIC and an Associate at the Supreme Court of NSW. Helen's educational background features a Master's Degree in Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Law from the University of Sydney, along with a high school diploma from North Sydney Girls High School.
