Tom McDowell possesses extensive experience in event management and operations within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Senior Stadium Event Manager at AFL - Australian Football League since February 2022, McDowell is integral to the Stadium Operations team at Marvel Stadium, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution of various arena events. Previous roles include Biosecurity Operations Manager at Tennis Australia, directing IPL operations at IMG, and event management for Melbourne Renegadesā€™ BBL/WBBL events. McDowell has also held multiple managerial positions across prestigious sporting events including the Rugby World Cup 2015 and the Open Golf 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management in Sport and Exercise from the University of Technology Sydney.
