Brodie Grundy has a diverse work experience. Brodie started their career as a Professional AFL Footballer at Collingwood Football Club in November 2012 and held this role until October 2022. During their time at Collingwood, they also served as a member of the AFL Senior Leadership Group from March 2020 to March 2022 and worked as a Collingwood Media Columnist from November 2016 to October 2017. Brodie was also part of the Do Better Working Group, an internal sub-committee at Collingwood, responsible for implementing the Do Better Report recommendations and integrating new club values.
