Arnab Saha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arnab started their career as a Consultant at PwC Australia, where they conducted external audits for statutory companies and later moved into the Economics and Policy team. Arnab then joined the Local Government Association of Queensland as a Financial and Business Analyst, where they provided financial analysis and support to internal stakeholders and local councils. Arnab later joined KPMG as a Manager in the Policy, Economics and Public Impact team, working on over 50 projects and providing strategic and operational advice to government agencies. Currently, they hold the position of National Elite Talent & 2nd Tier Venue Lead at AFL, responsible for the delivery of development and enhancement projects for Elite, Talent, and 2nd Tier football venues. Arnab works closely with all parts of the business and government to ensure coordinated decision-making and support the growth of the AFLW.

Arnab Saha attended The University of Queensland from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Economics.
