Andrea-jane Strudwick has extensive work experience in event management and sales. Andrea-jane most recently worked as a Venue Sales Manager for the AFL, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Account Executive for events at the AFL from April 2020 to June 2022. Andrea-jane also worked as an Account Management Executive at Marvel Stadium from December 2018 to November 2020, and as an Event Sales Executive at Etihad Stadium from June 2017 to December 2018. Andrea-jane has experience as a Project Manager/Event Manager at The Pines Reception and Function Centre from March 2016 to March 2017. Andrea-jane also has a background in hospitality, having owned and operated Taste and Graze Restaurant/Cafe/Catering from November 2009 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Spotless Group as a Senior Corporate Event Sales Manager from July 2006 to August 2007, and as an Event Sales Coordinator for the Melbourne Cricket Club from January 2005 to July 2006. Andrea-jane's work experience also includes being an Event Coordinator at Essendon Football Club from February 2004 to November 2004, where they were responsible for coordinating and administrating all AFL match day events and activities for the club.

Andrea-jane Strudwick pursued a Diploma in Project Management at Swinburne University of Technology from 2019 to 2020.
