Jason King is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong focus on culturally appropriate primary care for Indigenous communities. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services and Senior Medical Officer at Gurriny Yealamucka Health Service since June 2018, Jason has been instrumental in providing clinical leadership in Yarrabah. Additionally, since May 2022, Jason has contributed as a Clinical Reference Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency, focusing on national digital health solutions. Jason's extensive experience includes roles as a Medical Officer at Gurriny Yealamucka Health Service and Wuchopperen Health Service, as well as positions with Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Council and several hospitals in Western Australia. Jason holds a Fellowship in General Practice from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Western Australia.
