Devika Varma is a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and project management across various industries. Currently working at Vocus since April 2023, Devika specializes in the build and migration of NBN/VoIP customers and utilizes BPMN in Lucid charts for business process analysis. Prior to this role, Devika held senior positions at NAB and DWS, contributing to significant initiatives such as the Digi docs project and various data protection programs for Toll Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Devika also has experience in agile methodologies and a strong foundation in customer journey optimization from roles at Wipro and Dialog Information Technology.
