Debra Hazelton GAICD currently serves as Chair of Export Finance Australia, providing support for Australian exporters and critical minerals investment. In addition to this role, Hazelton is a Non-Executive Board Member at Australia Post and PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd., alongside serving as Vice President of the Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee. Previous positions include Non-Executive Director at Treasury Corporation of Victoria, AMP Ltd, and AMP Capital, as well as Principal at Kokusai Business Advisory. Hazelton has a strong academic background with a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completed PhD research studies at Keio University, and holds a Master of Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Sydney, among other qualifications.
