Amber is the Manager of Benefits & Wellness at University Federal Credit Union (UFCU). She prides herself on her work with Mission-driven organizations who see their employee experience and engagement as the bottom line, and strive to align their Total Rewards strategy with “What’s best for our employees and their families?”.

In 2020, Amber earned the Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. She received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Business from The University of Houston.

Amber grew up just south of Houston in Pearland, Tx. In 2016, she moved to Austin to become part of the UFCU family. Since relocating, Amber has served as a member of AYC and a volunteer at Dress for Success and Austin Animal Center.
