Carolyn Eckert

Carolyn Eckert is currently the VP, Client Services at Austin Williams. Carolyn has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Eckert began their career as an Account Executive at Ventura Associates in 1995. There, they assisted in the implementation of various sweepstakes, games and contests. Carolyn worked closely with clients and legal counsel to ensure all rules and regulations were followed. Eckert also collaborated with various advertising agencies to strategize creative concept and provided copywriting services.

In 1997, Eckert transitioned to Spring, O'Brien as an Account Supervisor. There, they personally managed key accounts, specializing in international clients within the travel and tourism markets. Eckert was responsible for all day-to-day aspects of account management, working in close cooperation with creative, media, and production departments.

Eckert ensured marketing tactics were executed on strategy and completed on time and within budget. Carolyn also supported the planning and execution of major special events. In 2004, Eckert left Spring, O'Brien to join Austin Williams.

Carolyn Eckert has a degree in advertising/marketing communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Carolyn has worked in the advertising and marketing industry for over 20 years.

Carolyn Eckert reports to Rick Chiorando, CEO. They are on a team with Jodi Sider - Director, Finance, Sallianne Nicholls - Senior Director, Agency Operations, and Jennifer Forgét - VP, Client Engagement.
