Matthew M. has extensive experience in healthcare technology, currently serving as an Analyst II for Austin Regional Clinic/Covenant MSO since August 2014, specializing in Epic Business Systems with expertise in Prelude, Welcome, and Identity applications. Matthew M. has achieved stringent Epic certifications and proficiencies, including Prelude certification in 2020 and proficiency in Welcome and Identity in 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew M. supported organizations during Epic go-lives as an EMR Consultant and worked as an EMR Go-Live Support Specialist, gaining valuable insights across various specialties including geriatrics and physical therapy.
