Cynthia Ibarra Humphrey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2002, they worked at Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) in various roles, including as a Billing Supervisor II and most recently as a CBO Performance & Quality Assurance Specialist. At ARC, they managed the daily operations of the Patient Accounts Department, developed employee training plans, and ensured compliance and confidentiality.
