Stephanie Hawley serves as the Chief Officer of Organizational Transformation and Chief Equity Officer for the Austin Independent School District, focusing on the development and implementation of strategies to eliminate disparities in educational opportunities. As an Independent Consultant for Global Solutions/Convergence Consulting since 2004, Stephanie has facilitated professional development workshops aimed at promoting equitable outcomes for underrepresented groups. Previous roles include Associate Vice President of Equity & Inclusion at Austin Community College, where responsibilities included advancing equity in faculty and staff development and leading efforts to improve outcomes for historically underserved student populations. Additionally, roles at City Colleges of Chicago and Morton College involved overseeing academic and student affairs, institutional planning, and fostering equity in educational access and success. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
