Christopher D'Erasmo is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Employee Effectiveness Coordinator at Austin Independent School District since March 2024. Previously, Christopher held the position of Curriculum Specialist for Math K-12 at Savvas Learning Company, where responsibilities included supporting the sales process by delivering presentations and collaborating with Account Managers. As a 3rd and 4th Grade Teacher at Austin Independent School District from July 2016 to June 2021, Christopher was recognized as the 2020 Teacher of the Year and successfully raised student performance metrics through data-driven strategies and professional development initiatives. Christopher's earlier experience includes roles in teaching and coaching at various educational institutions including Fort Worth ISD and TNTP. Christopher holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from St. John's University.
