Adrienne Gratten Aldaco, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Construction Management for the Austin Independent School District (AISD) since October 2017, focusing on strategic planning and modernization of campus properties. Previously, Adrienne held several leadership positions within AISD, including Director of Talent Development, Director of Diversity, Engagement, and Inclusiveness for Human Capital, and Supervisor of Employee Experience and Sustainability, all while emphasizing equitable outcomes and a culture of belonging. Before rejoining AISD, Adrienne was a Project Coordinator with the Texas Center for District and School Support, collaborating with the Texas Education Agency, and worked as a University Supervisor at Concordia University at Austin. Adrienne's educational background includes a Ph.D. in School Improvement from Texas State University and a Master's in Educational Administration from Concordia University Texas.
