Clint Whitaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at LyteStream Advisors, LLC since April 2024, Clint oversees a boutique investment bank that evolved from the Austin Dale Group. As a Member of the Board of Directors at CM First Group since April 2017, Clint contributes to modernizing critical software applications for major corporations and government entities. In addition, Clint has provided merger and acquisition expertise at Austin Dale Group since March 2016 and has participated in over 30 M&A transactions. Leadership roles include serving on the Board of Central Texas Angel Network and the Fall City Historical Society, as well as holding prior positions at NCCI Holdings Inc. and ProxyMed, Inc. Clint holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Washington and Lee University.
