Rob Clarke has an extensive legal career as an attorney at Ausley & McMullen since June 1984 and serves as Chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Second Judicial Circuit since 2014. Clarke's leadership roles include Chair of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity Board of Trustees in 2010 and Chair of the Killearn United Methodist Church Board of Trustees in 2009. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Directors for The Florida Bar Foundation from 2006 to 2009 and as Chair of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of The Florida Bar from 2005 to 2008. Clarke was President of the Florida State University College of Law Alumni Association in 2006 and participated in Leadership Florida's Class XIII from 1995 to 1997. Military experience includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve from 1983 to 2004 and as an Officer on active duty from 1979 to 1983. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and a degree from the Florida State University College of Business.
