David Hayes is a highly experienced performance health professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Performance Health Solutionist at AusCycling since January 2020, David has also held significant roles such as Athlete Health Lead at Cycling Australia since 2005 and Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist at the Australian Institute of Sport from 2006 to July 2018. Previous positions include Consultant Sports Physiotherapist at Royal Australian Airforce Base - Amberley, Physiotherapist roles at Axis Physiotherapy, Fannie Bay Physiotherapy, and Body Right Physiotherapy. David holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, a Master's in Sports Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Performance Health Management from the University of Canberra.
