Bernard Kierez has extensive experience in operational management and leadership within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as General Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Operational Excellence at AUSCO, Inc. since October 2017, Bernard previously held the position of Director of Operations for the Complex Machining Sector at Air Industries Group from November 2016 to October 2017. Bernard's long tenure at Arkwin Industries spanned from May 2006 to November 2016, where various roles included Business Unit Manager for Fixed Wing and Rotary & Unmanned Applications, Senior Manager for Transition Programs, and Manager of Production and Customer Service Operations. Earlier in Bernard's career, management roles were held at Smiths Aerospace and Goodrich. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Avionics Maintenance Technology from Thomas Edison State University, alongside FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses from Teterboro School of Aeronautics.
