Jill Donnelly is a seasoned professional in Medicaid programs and health policy, currently serving as Managing Principal of Medicaid Programs at Aurrera Health Group since November 2020. Previously, Jill held the position of Director of Medicaid Policy and Programs, and prior to that, worked at Anthem, Inc. as Program Director for Health Homes and Palliative Care Programs, as well as Program Manager for California Medicaid. Jill's career also includes a role as Strategic Planning Specialist and Project Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan from June 2014 to August 2016. Jill earned a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Policy from UCLA and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College.
