Juan Argote is an accomplished professional in data science and product strategy within the autonomous vehicle and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Aurora Data Science at Aurora since January 2021, Juan leads a talented team focused on leveraging data to enhance product performance and accelerate the commercialization of autonomous technologies. Previous roles include Director of Product Strategy and Senior Manager of Product Strategy at Aurora, as well as Transportation Research Lead at Uber's Advanced Technology Group. Juan co-founded VIA Analytics, which aims to improve public transportation through innovative solutions. Educational achievements include a PhD and Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Civil Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
