Mark Seglem has been working in education since 2013, when they became the Regional Director of Franchise Operations for the Western U.S. for Griswold Home Care. Mark then spent five years at Colorado Technical University, first as the Regional Vice President of Colorado Campuses and then as the Executive Director of Military and Veteran Programs. In 2018, they became the Chief of Staff at Aurora Public Schools.
Seglem is a strong advocate for veterans and their families. Mark led a successful initiative for CTU to be designated a Purple Heart University, and they also created a Wounded Warrior Scholarship program that awards 50 full scholarships per year. Mark is passionate about making sure that all students have access to a quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Mark Seglem has a Type: SEF from Harvard Kennedy School in Senior Executive Fellowship, a MS in Financial Management from Naval Postgraduate School in Finance and Cost Analysis, and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School in Organizational Management, Finance, and Political Science.
