Jonathan Behm is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and resort management. Currently serving as the General Manager of D Richard’s at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, Jonathan oversees operations at this renowned beachfront resort since December 2023. Previously, Jonathan held leadership roles at Carver Road Hospitality, including Director of VIP Services and Senior Assistant General Manager at Carversteak in Las Vegas, which received multiple accolades in 2022. Other notable positions include Operations Manager at MYAZU in Riyadh, General Manager of The Optimist in Hong Kong, and opening Restaurant General Manager at SLS Baha Mar in Nassau. Jonathan’s career also includes significant achievements with sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, Ozumo Concepts International, and Innovative Dining Group. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Flagler College.
