Charnissa Richardson currently serves as the Director of Catering & Private Events at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club since February 2021. Prior to this role, Charnissa held the position of Catering Sales Manager at Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa from April 2018 to February 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2016 to April 2018, as well as Sales and Special Events Manager and Group Sales Manager at Viceroy Anguilla from May 2009 to September 2016. Charnissa began their career at Rendezvous Bay Development as Director of Ownership Operations from December 2006 to February 2009. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, earned from 1991 to 1996, and a diploma from All Saint's Cathedral School from 1987 to 1991.
