Kylene Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer solutions, growth management, and consulting across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Retail Solutions for North America at Auror, Kylene has previously held several leadership roles there, including Director of Customer for both North America and Australia/New Zealand. Kylene’s prior experience includes significant positions at Deliveroo, where the management of a £24M business as Senior GM for South Central UK was notable, as well as roles in strategic development at The Boston Consulting Group and PwC. Additionally, Kylene is involved with Startmate as a Coach for the Women's Fellowship, further contributing to the startup ecosystem while holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland.
