Jonathan Arena has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Senior Director of Sales Operations at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., which they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as Director of Sales Operations at the same company from June 2022 to March 2023.

Jonathan Arena obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Jonathan later pursued an Executive Education program in Behavioral Science in Business at Columbia Business School in 2019.
