Tatiana Plotnikova is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history in HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Auriga since October 2020, Tatiana has played a pivotal role in establishing the HR BP department and managing comprehensive HR functions for both management and staff. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager specializing in IT recruitment at Auriga, as well as at POWWWER, where Tatiana implemented personnel processes and candidate databases. Additionally, Tatiana worked as an Office-event Manager at Improve Group, managing corporate events. Tatiana holds a degree in Anti-Crisis Management from Novosibirsk State University and pursued further education at 袧袚校协校 from 2008 to 2013.
