Natalia Ratiashvili is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Auriga since September 2019, Natalia previously held the same role at uCoz from November 2015 to September 2019. Earlier experiences include working as a Recruitment Consultant at ANCOR from August 2011 to November 2015, where Natalia specialized in the full cycle of candidate search and selection, as well as client relationship management and market analysis. Natalia holds a degree in Foreign Languages from Rostov State Pedagogical University, completed between 2003 and 2008.
