Her portfolio of Roundtables includes the Auto Dealer Finance, Auto Finance Loyalty, Auto Originations, Auto Remarketing, Auto Customer Service, Canadian Auto Operations, Card Customer Service, Consumer Banking Customer Service, Bank Back Office Operations, Retirement Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Workforce Management Roundtables. Kathy is also a key contributor on related consulting engagements.
Kathy spent 20+ years managing operations for credit card, mortgage, and auto finance products while at Chase Manhattan Bank and New Century Mortgage. She has held positions in marketing, operations management, financial analysis, risk management, and fraud prevention. Kathy has a BS degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University’s Graduate School of Business.
