Owen is a Real Estate recruitment specialist, joining Aurex Group as an Associate Director to strengthen the firm’s market-leading Property & Construction team in Asia. Partnering with Private Equity Real Estate funds, principal investors, investment banks, developers, and investment advisory specialists, his track record showcases high-profile senior and executive search assignments across the sector.

Owen also leads Aurex Group’s psychometric assessment and executive coaching service offering, a key component of the firm’s retained search delivery. He is a qualified executive coach, an NLP practitioner, a DiSC trainer, and a Heartstyles trainer. Owen builds tailored assessment, development, and onboarding programs for new hires, hi-po teams, and future leaders. True to his passion for Real Estate, Owen is also the Co-founder of a privately-owned, alternative asset real estate company that designs and develops bespoke eco accommodation; TRE3DOM.

He is currently based in Hong Kong, having emigrated from London in 2012, and oversees strategic appointments throughout the APAC region.
