Sarah Costello is a seasoned environmental management professional with extensive experience in climate action and sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of Origination for Australia at Viridios Capital since May 2022, Sarah also acts as a Climate Leader with The Climate Reality Project, inspiring business-led climate initiatives. Previous roles include Carbon and Natural Capital Manager at The Water and Carbon Group, where Sarah developed strategies for nature-based solutions and supported diverse projects related to ecological treatment systems. Additionally, Sarah's leadership experience includes serving as President of Surfrider Foundation Brisbane. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from The University of Queensland and has further training in climate change and environmental frameworks through UNITAR.
