Jenn Haley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in employee benefits and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP of the West Region at Aura since January 2022, Jenn focuses on digital security solutions for consumers. In addition, Jenn holds the position of Senior Advisor to the CEO at GoodTrust and is a Chief Member at Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women leaders. Previous positions include Managing Director of Benefits at MassMutual, National Director of Global Benefits and Business Unit President at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc., SVP and Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Hays Companies, and Employee Benefits Consultant at EPIC. Jenn began career development as a New Business Manager at CIGNA.
